Description:
integration tests AndroidGPUDisplay.hwc_display_ok_with_gles fails on phone (I am using a galaxy nexus)

Steps:
1. install mir from ci build http://jenkins.qa.ubuntu.com/job/mir-team-mir-development-branch-trusty-armhf-ci/136/artifact/work/output/*zip*/output.zip on phone
2. run the command 'mir-integration-tests'

expected results:
tests pass

actual results:
tests fail

log:
[ RUN ] AndroidGPUDisplay.hwc_display_ok_with_gles
unknown file: Failure
C++ exception with description "display factory cannot create fb display" thrown in the test body.
[ FAILED ] AndroidGPUDisplay.hwc_display_ok_with_gles (10020 ms)

Sounds like bug 1239955, but the device and exception are slightly different.

i think alan said it'll pass once then dump on 2nd run & isn't solved by "powerd-cli active&"
