You have put the "New game" button on the button at the top of the app where you put the pictures, but it is not clear for users it is there. I think you should have a ToolBar with a "New game" action. It is how everybody is doing it in all other gaming app for Ubuntu Touch and it is easier for users.
So then when the users has lost or win you can have a "Dialog" popup with a "new game" button.
