Drag hyperlink to the Tab Bar to open in a new tab

This functionality is currently partially implemented. Links can be dragged into existing tabs only.

I suggest that whenever a hyperlink is dragged to the tab bar, the ability to open a new tab should be available. One option is to let the user Ctrl+T while dragging (not ideal). Another, better option is to let users drag links between existing tabs, or to the far right or left of the tab bar to create new tabs. It works that way in Firefox and Chrome (and Opera, I think). New tabs can be opened this way in Safari. I miss this feature when using Midori.
