Bug Description
microovn snap creates "microovn.central" service which is a bash script[0] that starts "northd", "NB ovsdb" and "SB ovsdb" as detached processes. If any of these processes fail, it's not reflected in the overall state of the "microovn.central".
To improve visibility of failures, each ovn service should be split into its own systemd service/unit with umbrella "microovn.central" service that would provide user with ability to start/stop all three services at once.
