it happened in a file called INert higgs model ufo

What is the param_card that you try to use?
The one printed in the debug file, seems fine and does not have any entry with 200000 value,
which seems to be the entry that MG5aMC does not know how to handle. So I guess that I do not the correct param_card inside that debug file.

I do not reproduce the problem with that model/param_card.
Can you try to update to 2.9.15 to check if that issue has not been fixed between the version that you use and that last bug fixed version?
