Bug Description
Hello,
if i launch a process in a kinematically forbidden area, it will show no phase space. If I increase the beam energy to an allowed area, it will then also return no phase space as well as no results.dat file found.
For example: e+e- -> z h
At 200 GeV it will not work.
Restarting MadGraph and launching at 400 GeV should work, but it does not.
If i just create the process and launch it directly at 400 GeV, it works as intended.
In the previous version (3.4.2), there was no such issue.

We tried to be less agressive on the systematic recompilation of the code. But this seems to be problematic in that specific case.
