Bug Description

When I run a normal generation command (e.g. p p > Z [QCD ]), output, and run, in 3.3.1, everything is fine.

When I move the directory to another location on the same filesystem, compilation fails with errors about not being able to find CutTools. There doesn't appear to be any reference to CutTools in the Source folder of the directory that I can find; it seems like the link isn't getting generated properly.

Switching MG5 config to 'external' mode for dependencies resolves issue, but that doesn't feel like it ought to be necessary for moving on same machine, only for export to other computing environment, no? This process, as advertised, includes the relevant CutTools (and other software) files explicitly in the Source subdirectory.
