merge-o-matic missing packages that need merging

merges.ubuntu.com does not correctly show all packages that need merging; two examples that I have found so far, as of 2020-12-19:

  imagemagick:
  hirsute has 8:6.9.10.23+dfsg-2.1ubuntu14
  debian-testing has 8:6.9.11.24+dfsg-1

Merge-o-matic has correctly populated https://merges.ubuntu.com/i/imagemagick/ ; however, imagemagick is nowhere to be found in https://merges.ubuntu.com/main.html or https://merges.ubuntu.com/main-manual.html

  ntp:
  hirsute/universe has 1:4.2.8p12+dfsg-3ubuntu4
  debian-testing has 1:4.2.8p15+dfsg-1

In this case, ntp is nowhere to be found under https://merges.ubuntu.com/n/ and is also not listed in https://merges.ubuntu.com/universe.html nor https://merges.ubuntu.com/universe-manual.html

These are two I have just happened to run across that are missing. It's possible others may be as well.
