per-folder view doesn't work

Bug Description
the per-folder view doesn't save the view state of folders like in Nautilus 3.4
if i choose the icon view for a folder which contains pictures Marlin shows all other folders i open as well as icon-view but it should only show the folder for which i've choosen that specific view.
to choose a standard-view there should be an option in the preferences (like in Nautilus) which is automatically choosen if no other view has been selected for a specific folder.
