Bug Description
How to reproduce:
1) Create a share group type GROUPTYPEA
2) Create a share group of this type, call it SG1
3) Take a share group snapshot SG1.1 (no shares in the group, this should be an empty snapshot)
4) Create a share group type GROUPTYPEB
5) Create a share group SG2 from SG1.1 and the group type GROUPTYPEB
Expected result: 400 Bad Request, since we know share groups from the same snapshot cannot be scheduled to a different host; for instance, take a look at how this works with shares.
Actual result: No API error, record is created, and possibly the share group is created successfully as well.
