Bug Description
The welcome.txt templat contains replacements $fqdn_listname, $listinfo_uri, $user_options_uri and $list_requests.
In a test list named <email address hidden>, these are replaced as follows:
$fqdn_listname = <email address hidden>
$listinfo_uri = http://<email address hidden>
$user_options_uri = http://<email address hidden>
$list_requests = <email address hidden>
I'm not sure about $listinfo_uri because I don't have the web server fully set up, but $user_options_uri is clearly wrong.
