Bug Description

If a file name has been edited in page view or file view, to remove the file extension; once the portfolio has been exported to HTML you can no longer open the files, without saving the link target and adding the extension manually. This is a workaround, but involves guessing which extension to add!
If the dynamic linking cannot be exported to HTML so it behaves identical to Mahara driven portfolio pages, the ability to remove file extensions should be blocked IMO.

The file extension is recorded in the database within artefact_file_files - so it would be a matter of checking file and reattaching the extension if it has gone away.
