Bug Description
When you add a user manually or users per csv file, you can set the default settings for the account(s) you create.
With institutions hooking in LDAP and SAML accounts, these institutions cannot make these default settings. Were it possible to to add these default settings to the institution screen, where the locked fields are, as well? Or is it not possible to set default settings for provisioned accounts?
