More option menu list item focus state cutting through icons

The border styling in the focus state of the menu items is only surrounding the link and cutting through the icons to the left of the items.

To replicate:
- Navigate to a collection page
- Open the 'More options' menu on the right hand side
- Click on one of the menu items to activate the focus state

Expected results:
The border styling in the focus state should surround the link and icon of each menu item.

Actual results:
The border styling isn't covering the full length of the <li> element so it's cutting through the icons.
