Magnum BayModel only supports flannel as network driver for Kubernetes COE

Bug Description

At Present only flannel is supported as the network driver for Kubernetes COE.

If we try to specify another network driver like weave, magnum api fails and gives error in logs :-

Support should be added for other drivers as well which Kubernetes supports
