Bug Description
According to MAAS system tests, there are situations observed when during Deployment machine status is transitioned from "Deploying" to "Ready", while correct state can be "Deployed" or "Failed deployment" after "Deploying".
Exception:
systemtests.
After failed test`maas maas_under_test machines read` returns: "status_name": "Ready"
