some VMs report machine down

Some VMs deployed to maas nodes report machine down. Nothing suspicious in machine logs but this is what we found in regiond.log, strange IP changes

elastic-1 and -3 were reported as down, elastic-2 was fine, Below you can see grep for them are very similar to -1 and -3 and different from -2

We encountered this first time but in two consequent runs. MAAS nodes were upgraded to Jammy two days ago, we were running on Focasl before.
