Bug Description
I configured an IBM Z DPM Partition to use btrfs for / with no other filesystem. Curtin fails the installation as it is unable to update the initrd. Similar to LP:1918976 I suspect the HMC firmware may be unable to load a btrfs root partition however I wasn't able to get that far.
