Bug Description
With hindsight, requiring a MAC address at node creation is painful if all you know is the BMC details. We should drop this requirement.

This is work that we have already completed for MAAS 2.5. In latest (unreleased 2.5) MAC address is not required when BMC credentials are provided. The machine will be powered on, it will enter commissioning, and transition to ready, all by just providing the BMC credentials.
