[2.3.0~alpha1] missing 'Save changes' and 'Cancel' buttons on the "Machine summary" tab after clicking "Edit"

Bug Description

1. open machine settings
2. click 'Edit'
3. see that there's no 'Save changes' or 'Cancel' buttons
4. switch to a different tab (e.g. "Interfaces")
5. switch back to the "Machine summary" tab
6. the two buttons are waiting happily for you to click on
