Bug Description
When V3 stream support was added a filter was included to prevent non-v[23] images from being importing. This filter works at preventing the images from being imported however unsupported images are still being added to the BootSourceCache. This causes them to appear in the UI on the images page, selecting them does nothing.

Re-opening this bug provided that we had to revert this branch as it was causing import of images in the rack to fail.
