Bug Description
After migration to maas-regiond, I can no longer access the WebUI
From the MAAS server, if I access:
http://
http://
If I try to access MAAS from a different machine on the network
http://<maas-ip>/MAAS -> fails
http://<maas-ip>:5243/MAAS -> fails.
