Bug Description
ilo4 default to only supporting the LAN_2_0 protocol for IPMI control. This is supported by MAAS, but when you commission an iLO4 machine, you get 'autodetect' for the protocol type, which does not work with these machines. I suggest 2 options:
1) default to 2_0 when you detect a machine enlisted with an iLO4 or greater.
2) make autodetect actually do an attempt at each management protocol and select the one that works.

This needs investigation… I confess I'm a bit out of my depth here so I'll ask Andres to triage this.
