Fix bad links in LSB wiki

If we're going to resume using the LSB wiki actively, a lot of dead links need
to be cleaned up.

Some of this will be covered by bug 3358, and it's possible the best approach
is to harvest errors from the logfiles and go fix those. Not sure always
adding redirects is the right way, though.

When editing a page, I can bring up the buffer in vi and search for known bad
patterns, but that's still page by page. Is there a way to do more globally?

Note many links to ispras wiki are currently broken, but those should start
working once that is restored (bug 3295) - at which point it may have the same
issue as well - stale links.

Also note there's a related bug speficially for LDN references - bug 3327.
