Bug Description
At the moment, an autobuild run will break dramatically if lsbcc builds but
does not work. It would be very useful for autobuilding to be able to make a
decision whether to proceed with a newly built lsb-build-cc package or fall
back to a previous known-good version - proposing that the lsbcc build ought to
have a "make check" functionality which makes sure the newly built binary can
at least minimally produce working binaries itself, and have that rule be
called by the package build so we can get back a pass/fail response.
