Bug Description

Extend OLVER test suite to support pthread_mutex_getprioceiling,
pthread_mutexattr_getprioceiling, pthread_mutexattr_getprotocol and set
appeared in LSB 4.1

There is a problem with protocol INHERIT, it doesn't work as described in
standard. I report bug [https://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=16631]
but haven't got answer yet. So for now this tests doesn't support INHERIT
protocol.

Tested on x86, x86_64 and ppc architectures.
