Bug Description

standalone test program

A number of recent bugs (bug 3795, bug 3345) in lsb-test-core have been caused
by a change to the behavior in freopen introduced in glibc 2.14, and
specifically this commit:

http://repo.or.cz/w/glibc.git/commit/94b7cc3711b0b74c1d3ae18b9a2e019e51a8e0bf

Unfortunately, none of the test failures/problems were actually for freopen();
one of them was in the test harness, while the other was in the scanf test.

We need a separate test for this incorrect behavior. I'm attaching a quick
test program I've written which illustrates the problem.
