Bug Description
What happens:
At the moment, ec2 demo will always drop to a postmortem console and, once that console exits, will shut down. This is unhelpful for cases where a long-running demo instance is needed, such as bug import testing.
What should happen:
ec2 demo should pay attention to the postmortem and shutdown options supplied on the command line.
