ec2 demo should set the security group to allow connections to the librarian

Bug Description
What happens:
When you run ec2 demo it ensure that you're able to connect to the Launchpad instance on ports 80 and 443 by adding these items to the security group. It does't, however, allow access to the librarian, which runs on port 58080.
What should happen:
Connections to the librarian should also be enabled in the security group.
