ec2 test launchpad=bzr+ssh://bazaar.launchpad.net/~launchpad-pqm/launchpad/devel ...

makes ec2 use the following URL for Launchpad:
  bzr+ssh://bazaar.launchpad.net/~launchpad-pqm/launchpad/bzr+ssh://bazaar.launchpad.net/~launchpad-pqm/launchpad/devel
