Download progress bar doesn't get updated when resuming download

Bug Description

Everything's in the title.

When I stop my download, I get the "Dowload paused at x%" message in the download progress bar. If I reclick the Pause button, wich resume downloads, the "Dowload paused at x% is still displayed.

My mistake, when you resume the download, LottaNZB waits for a refresh of the download percentage. It just looks as an error when you have a quick look, cause unlocking the Pause All button don't delete the pause message.

Three days ago, I've spent some time rewriting the whole backend module to make it more transparent and reliable (see corresponding blueprint). As it's still highly experimental at the moment, I'll add this code to trunk after we've released version 0.1. If I'm not completly wrong, this ... let's call it "visual glitch" ;-) is already fixed in this new code.
