Bug Description
Regular "bzr serve" suppresses the "listening on" message when you pass --quiet (by using trace.note), but "bzr serve --http" does not:
$ bzr serve
listening on port: 4155
bzr: interrupted
$ bzr serve -q
bzr: interrupted
$ bzr serve --http
serving on 0.0.0.0:8080 view at http://
$ bzr serve --http -q
serving on 0.0.0.0:8080 view at http://
(OTOH, It looks like Loggerhead suppresses the "bzr: interrupted" when I hit Ctrl+C.)
