Bug Description
The man pages for serve-branches, start-loggerhead and stop-loggerhead need their version numbers and last revision dates updating to the latest release.

It's not just the version number; e.g. serve-branches's manpage doesn't
list all of the options that have been added to it over time.
Bazaar auto-generates its manpage from the internal help, no? But it
would probably take some work for Loggerhead to be able to take
advantage of it.
