Bug Description
While browsing changes in a particular revision in loggerhead, such as:
https:/
If the lines are very long, loggerhead renders them off the edge of the browser window, and does not allow you to scroll to the right. It should *either* wrap long lines (while doing something sensible with the line numbers) *or* allow you to scroll to the right.
