Provide a method of dismissing the map

Bug Description
The map on the front page of loco.ubuntu.com while useful for new visitors, takes up a lot of space for regular visitors (particularly with the new blogging functionality included).
It would be useful if there was a small X symbol to dismiss the map for those of us who don't need to see it anymore and it will collapse the map away.

We want to get rid of it totally at some point, but right now, we still need to code up the stuff to replace it.
