In loco portal Join your Local Community team write what is loco or link Add wiki loco to main page of loco team loco list page so people can learn about loco and create new ones

From Ubuntu.com -> Community -> Join your Local Community team -> we get to https://loco.ubuntu.com/teams/
But to learn what is loco should add on top a link to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LoCoTeams so people would be able to join or create new ones and read about it, since in loco portal is no link to wiki
There is link https://loco.ubuntu.com/about-loco/ but this info needs to be linked in teams that opens From Ubuntu.com -> Community -> Join your Local Community team -> we get to https://loco.ubuntu.com/teams/

Theres also https://ubuntu.com/community that doesnt have all info as wiki has and is in too many subsection making it hard to read so need to click each subsection.

ALso there is 2 wiki pages about loco that needs to be made as one
