LMA install failed in SRIOV enabled node

I had install a MOS 9.2 env that enable 4 compute nodes, two compute nodes enable DPDK and others enable SRIOV. When add a LMA node, deploy failed in SRIOV nodes.

From the failed SRIOV node, I find some error from puppet log:
