Bug Description

Because the plugin already provisions the "root" user.

Duplicate declaration: Lma_monitoring_analytics::Influxdb_user[root] is already declared in file /etc/fuel/plugins/influxdb_grafana-0.10/puppet/manifests/influxdb_configuration.pp:34; cannot redeclare at /etc/fuel/plugins/influxdb_grafana-0.10/puppet/manifests/influxdb_configuration.pp:42 on node node-6.domain.tld
