Gap-less playback not actually gapless

Bug Description
In gap-less playback mode there's still a (very) short gap between tracks.
Based on debugging output, song switching management seems long enough to insert an audible gap.
I'm running Listen 0.6.5 under Ubuntu 11.04. Gstreamer is 0.10.32, Python is 2.7.1.
