Bug Description
Author names and other information are marked up wrongly in the BibTeX source. As a consequence references are not displaying properly.

Since we're doing a big rewrite of the document anyway, we will do this on a case-by-case basis. The old BibTeX file has been moved to a .old file, and the new one will restore references over time, as sections of the text are rewritten. This bug will be marked as 'fixed' when there are no longer any undefined references in the .tex file.
