Mintupdate : Bad icon right clic window in the systray

Bug Description
I'm using Mint12.
Mintupdate icon in the systray has a bad right-clic menu position : http://
And it isn't well integrate in Gnome Shell : this right-clic menu isn't use the theme parameter (from .css) for systray nor the theme parameter for mouseover
And last : some extension, as autohide, causes icon crash for all "old icon" in the systray (Dropbox, etc. AND mintupdate, all GTK2 application I guess).
Mintupdate icon should be more integrated in Gnome Shell.
