Bug Description

Users don't realise that Mint supports the AnyConnect SSL VPN — when they attempt to configure a new VPN in NetworkManager, it's not there. They have to manually install the network-manager-openconnect package before it works. Many don't even realise this is possible.

There are two solutions to this. One is to make the VPN plugins for NetworkManager automatically install themselves like codecs and printer drivers etc., on demand. So you can still *choose* it from the list, and then the package gets automatically installed. But really, since the network-manager-foovpn packages are so small, we might as well just install them all by default whenever we install NetworkManager.

Please install network-manager-openconnect by default.
