alt+space removes the borders

Bug Description
alt+space while having selected a compiz window, makes compiz remove all borders of all windows, therefore "Reload Window Manager" is needed to fix that. It's kind of annoying. I expected it to open app's icon's context menu.

The problem happens always!
It doesn't happen with metacity tho.
