'Keep Aligned' option always resets to 'true' after desktop reload

Bug Description
After clicking on the right button of your mouse, on the Desktop, you have an option "Keep then Aligned" or something like that, mine is in Portuguese so... if you deactivate that, and force a reload F5, for instance, the option auto-activates again, and mixes all the icons folder etc... it's kind of annoying.
Sorry if this is in the wrong place, or bad tag.
