Bug Description

At the live dists (18.2 cinnamon) and after installing, if i switch wifi off at the aplett once i cant switch it on again. You have to restart the live dist every time for using wifi and may not switch it off -> same problem again... Ubuntu live had this problem fixed a few years ago but in LM it is still 'alive' -> so if I need a live-system I use an ubuntu-live dist... For the installed Linux Mint you can solve the problem: 1. after switching off wifi -> its hard blocked because acer_wmi is loaded and blocks rfkill mechanism 2. you have to 'modprobe acer_wmi' and blacklist it -> now you can switch wifi off&on without block the button at the aplett again. There are some fixing guides for the problem e.g. https://wiki.ubuntuusers.de/rfkill with detailed description. Maybe you could fix this so its more attractive using the live-system without restarting it every time after you switched off the wifi thoughtless...

Best regards
