Bug Description

Linux Mint 17.3 issue
If GL screensaver (Pop Art Squares) is activated than after "Fast user switching" to different users the X server of previous user will produce 100% CPU load. This issue highly undesirable on laptops and in countries with high electricity cost.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Login to the system as user1.
2. Chose Pop Art Squares as screensaver.
3. Lock the session and switch to another user.
4. Login as user2.
5. Execute top and look at CPU load. X server associated with user1's session loads 100% of one CPU core

Workaround: switching by Ctrl+Alt+Fx to previous user and go back. This temporary solves the issue (maybe just until screensaver timeout)?

Crash scenario:
1. Login to the system as user1.
2. Chose Pop Art Squares as screensaver. Open it's preview in window
3. Lock the session and switch to another user.
4. Login as user2.
5. Lock user2 session and switch to another user.
6. User1 session is crashed
