Bug Description

In Network Manager, you can configure a network connection to automatically bring up a VPN. This option is called 'Automatically connect to VPN when using this connection.' When you enable this, the connection doesn't come online by itself; you have to start it manually.

I have this on three computers, two are Mint KDE 17.1, one is Mint KDE 17.0. Wired and Wireless. DHCP and static.
