Bug Description

The install of Mint 17, XFCE, x64 fails with errno 5

The following was tested on a VMWare virtual machine.
Host Operating System: Win7 64/ 8G Ram
VM Player: 6.0.2 build-1744117 , Workstation 10 Virtual Machine.

ISO to install on a guest:
md5sum linuxmint-17-xfce-dvd-64bit.iso
2c0493720b703d5e0bd00d36979db0b5 linuxmint-17-xfce-dvd-64bit.iso

Steps to reproduce:
Create new VM with above ISO. Default selections for everything.
Live CD opens, Select Install, Enter information through User Name.
The Copying Files screen opens. After 8 ticks to the progress bar, Install fails with ErrNo 5
Raising Or Lowering Memory for guest does not resolve
Revising or changing Hard drive for guest does not resolve.
Revising or changing the guest bios does not resolve.

The reason that I am reporting this in the Mint forum is because with the same software/hardware as indicated above, the install is flawless without any errors with linuxmint-17-cinnamon-64bit-v2.iso

Same thing happens to me when I try to install off a dvd, but not a usb. I heard that it's the slide show itself that can cause the problem(?)
