Bug Description
When I have a menu open the screen will not lock when using the key combination Ctrl-Alt-L.
Menus that I have tried this with;
Right clicking the desktop, the cinnamon panel, or certain apps like gedit or gnome-terminal.
Having the menu applet or any applet that I tried open.
Having any of the panel menus open(eg sound or networking) or tray icons.
All of these consistently prevent Ctrl-Alt-L from locking the screen.
I discovered this since I use the sound applet to pause my music before I walk away from my computer and generally don't think to close the menu before trying to lock the screen.
I am running 64-bit Linux Mint 16 with Cinnamon 2.0.14(at least that's what synaptic says).
