Missing translations

Some Translation Strings missing in Cinnamon

Some translation strings missing in cinnamons network settings.

I remember I have translated (German) some of these, but the strings are still in English.

- Add Network Connection

Date & Time
- To change time or date settings, you need to authenticate

cinnamon-session - Startup Applications Preferences
- the comments

This should be included the strings, without the fixed, from Bug #1258913

Nemo translations are still missing, even on 16.10. According to the README in the upstream's translation folder the translation sources must be downloaded from Launchpad: https://github.com/linuxmint/nemo/blob/master/po/README

translation of cinnamon, cinnamon-control-center and cinnamon-screensaver are in cinnamon-l10n package
from version 3.6 there is also cinnamon-settings-daemon (added today)

translation can be done here:
https://translations.launchpad.net/linuxmint/latest/+lang/it
and will be included in next cinnamon-l10n version

nemo had some files missed from pot generation added recently
if there are still some part not included in latest pot files (check translation link in launchpad) report them
